You will be responsible for driving the evolution of the PAYG customer experience, ensuring it meets the needs of all our customers, including those in vulnerable situations, through strategic leadership and oversight of key initiatives. Your key outcomes will be:<ul><li>Developing and driving the OVO PayG strategy, ensuring it is well understood and socialized across the organization.
