We are seeking a Referral Channel Lead who will be a key member of our Diver Growth team. You will be responsible for following through on leads generated via referrals, both internal and external channels; also, following up on those leads in the pipeline to achieve conversions. This position offers an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain valuable experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. You are expected to demonstrate strong sales skills, develop channel strategies, and follow through on both active and cold leads. The ideal candidate will be highly analytical, self-motivated, results-driven, and able to thrive in an entrepreneurial and fast-moving setting.What You’ll Do: <ul> <li>Follow through on all leads via the referral channel</li> <li>See to it that there are zero drop-offs of leads in the pipeline due to any process lag</li> <li>Create sales strategies for this channel and adapt them to the overall Driver Growth road map</li> <li>Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze sales data, and identify areas for improvement, essential for optimizing channel sales performance</li> <li>Track and ensure the conversion of leads generated</li> <li>Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships with prospective drivers</li> <li>Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the agreed timeline</li> <li>Coordinate sales efforts with team members</li> <li>Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports</li> <li>Create and analyze reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services</li> </ul>RequirementsWhat You’ll Need:<ul> <li>3+ years of experience in a similar role</li> <li>Ability to drive sales</li> <li>Highly analytical with strong attention to detail</li> <li>High levels of energy and drive, willingness to work hard</li> <li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills</li> <li>Strong planning, coordination and organizational skills</li> <li>Outstanding research and analytical abilities</li> <li>Global leader and thinker with the ability to make quick strategic decisions</li> <li>Highly energetic, self-motivated &amp; proactive</li> </ul>BenefitsWant to Join Us?
