The team also ensures technical requirements and documentation to support ingestion of data for signatories and environmental data sales customers. About this role: The Senior Customer Success Account Manager, Data Users is responsible for directly servicing and ensuring the success of a portfolio of critical data licensing customers. This role involves building strong relationships with customer contacts, facilitating the timely and high-quality delivery of CDP data, and maximizing their understanding and utilization of the data for their specific needs.
