The person will work as part of the corporate IT Infrastructure team to serve all the business globally.   </div><div>  </div><div>What you will be doing</div><ul><li>Looking for experienced person who has worked in an MNC for minimum of 3+ years</li><li>Provide 24X7 Desktop and monitoring support</li><li>Shift will be rotational and on weekends too. (Mostly Night Shift)</li><li>Availability for contingency at the time of shift support including weekends/weekdays</li><li> Address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and network issues</li><li> Walk customers through installing applications and computer peripherals</li><li> Ask targeted questions to diagnose problems</li><li>Microsoft Technologies: O365, AD, DNS, DHCP</li><li>Network knowledge : LAN and WAN</li><li>Backup/Storage/Cloud Knowledge will be plus</li><li> Guide users with simple, step-by-step instructions</li><li> Conduct remote troubleshooting</li><li> Test alternative pathways until the issue is resolve</li><li> Customize desktop applications to meet user needs</li><li> Record technical issues and solutions in logs</li><li> Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel</li><li> Follow up with clients to ensure their systems are functional</li><li> Report customer feedback and potential product requests</li><li> Help create technical documentation and manuals</li><li> Implement ITIL process in day-to-day work</li><li> Configure Laptop in coordination with asset management team  </li><li>Work with Server, Network, and Security Team in solving end user's issue</li></ul><div>Who you are and what you bring</div><ul><li>Any bachelor’s degree (BE/B.TECH), preferred in IT, Computers, with minimum 3+ years of experience</li><li>In-depth knowledge and working experience of managing Desktop/Laptops/Mac</li><li>Should have very good Analytical &amp; Problem-Solving skills</li><li>Should have very good knowledge in IT and Microsoft Tools</li><li>Should be open minded and should take ownership</li><li>Should have strong Verbal Communication and Presentation skills </li><li>Strong professional relationship management with internal and external interfaces</li></ul>
