This includes reviewing current software solutions and leading AI augmentation implementation to advance the products with AI-enabled capabilities. </li> <li>Looking for ways to augment current software solutions with AI Prompts driven interactions aim to reduce or eliminate some of the traditional UI elements, such drop-down menus, text fields, and checkboxes, etc. </li> <li>Lead the design of novel, patent-worthy algorithms for power system optimization, fault analysis, including predictive and prescriptive AI analyses and automated analysis</li> <li>Mentor and guide research directions for the AI engineering team</li></ul>Technical Leadership &amp;
