Responsibilities / TasksAs Financial Controller, you will play a key role in ensuring financial accuracy, supporting business performance, and maintaining compliance within our Belgian entity. Your responsibilities will cover both operational reporting and strategic financial support.<ul><li>Lead the budget and forecasting processes for the Belgian entity.</li><li>Prepare monthly financial reports in both local ERP systems and GEA’s CORE reporting system.</li><li>Analyze financial results and provide actionable insights to entity management.</li><li>Manage cash flow and monitor cost structures, margins, inventory and WIP.</li><li>Ensure compliance with IFRS, local GAAP, and internal financial guidelines.</li><li>Support cross-functional teams with financial advice and performance KPIs.</li><li>Contribute to the improvement of internal controls and working capital management.</li><li>Act as a key point of contact for external auditors and financial stakeholders.</li><li>Communicate with internal and external stakeholders (from leadership to auditors).</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>A bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, economics, or business administration.</li><li>At least 3 years of experience in financial controlling or a similar role.</li><li>Proficiency with Excel and financial systems; experience with ERP and reporting tools is a plus.</li><li>Strong analytical skills and the ability to communicate complex data clearly.</li><li>Fluent in Dutch and English.</li><li>A structured, detail-oriented approach with a sense of responsibility and initiative.</li></ul>Did we spark your interest?
