You will play a key role in managing sales, service, spare parts, and administrative teams while maintaining high standards of safety, compliance, and operational excellence.Key Responsibilities for the role are as follows:<ul><li>Operational Management – Oversee sales, service, and aftermarket operations across multiple states and territories, ensuring compliance with AU &amp; NZ legislation and company policies.</li><li>Sales &amp; Service Oversight – Drive revenue growth, maintain key customer relationships, and ensure sales and profit targets are met.</li><li>Team Leadership &amp; Development – Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team across multiple locations including sales, technical and administrative personnel.</li><li>Financial &amp; Budgetary Control – Manage regional budgets, oversee P&amp;L performance, and implement cost-saving strategies.</li><li>Customer Focus – Build strong relationships, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a customer-first approach.</li><li>HSEQ Compliance – Ensure full compliance with WHS/OHS Act, Regulations, and industry safety standards.
