<div>CleanSpark is seeking an experienced and professional Executive Assistant (EA) to join our administrative team. As an</div><div>EA to our CTO, you will be the gatekeeper to one of the busiest roles in our organization. The ideal candidate will be</div><div>a team player who is focused on thoughtfully and efficiently assisting the CTO in day-to-day tasks, supporting</div><div>projects and initiatives, managing calendars, scheduling, travel arrangements, administrative reports, collaborating</div><div>across departments to support the team, assisting with personal matters such as errands, scheduling, and other</div><div>items as needed.</div><br><br><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Schedule and manage calendar for internal, external, and personal meetings.</li><li>Track and coordinate daily task management &amp; priorities</li><li>Manage e-mail communication: review, draft, flag, and filter inbox on behalf of CTO</li><li>Plan and coordinate travel arrangements (airfare, lodging, car rentals, dining reservations)</li><li>Prepare CTO for meetings: prepare agenda, coordinate with meeting participants regarding expectations,</li><li>sit-in meetings to support CTO in follow up’s/summary</li><li>Organize and maintain confidential information: files, passwords, records, and reports</li><li>Assist in planning, coordinating, and hosting CTO sponsored events (business meetings, dinners, team</li><li>outings, etc.)</li><li>Managing daily tasks and priorities on behalf of CTO</li><li>Collaborate with team members to support CTO tasks, projects, and deliverables</li><li>Serve as a point of contact internally and externally for CTO</li><li>Executing personal errands, as requested</li><li>Supporting personal tasks and events, as requested.</li></ul><h3>Requirements:</h3><ul><li>A bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field</li><li>Minimum of 6 years experience as an admin professional</li><li>Proven experience in administrative coordination</li><li>Excellent attention to detail and solutions oriented</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft office</li><li>Exceptional time management and prioritization skills</li><li>High level of confidentiality, professionalism, and integrity</li><li>Available to communicate during off-hours such as nights and weekends</li><li>Ability to travel – up to 20%</li><li>Willing to use personal vehicle for errands/personal tasks (mileage reimbursement available)</li></ul><br>
