Purpose:The role of the Bid Coordinator is to co-lead in the search and identification of appropriate tenders, projects on developmental agency and multilateral bank procurement portals. In addition, the individual must also lead in the bid preparation process in response to requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for technical assistance (RTAs) from potential clients. This role will focus on developing proposals and budgets for service contracts targeting a range of clients.Duties and responsibilities:<ul> <li>Conduct ongoing research to identify new RFPs, RFIs (requests for information), and other opportunities that align with the company's capabilities and strategic goals.</li> <li>Continuously evaluate and improve the bid and opportunity tracking and is clear, concise, and compelling.</li> <li>Ensure that proposals are compliant with RFP/RTA requirements and internal policies.</li> <li>Manage the bid review process to ensure that proposals are of high quality, competitive, and meet the client's needs.</li> <li>Ensure that all required documentation is prepared, organized, and submitted according to the RFP/RTA requirements.</li> <li>Participate in presentations, negotiations, and meetings with clients to support the bid process.</li> <li>Evaluate the effectiveness of the bid process and provide feedback for continuous improvement.</li> <li>When needed, Interact with funding agencies and/or partners on grants (and with clients/sponsors on contracts) to help ensure a proposals and relevant supporting documents are in line with their requirements and guidelines.</li> <li>Follow-up with funders and/or partners to communicate any delays, changes, and/or requests</li> </ul>RequirementsEssential:<ul> <li>Up to 3 years of experience in proposal development and bid management, preferably in the non-profit sector or with consulting industries</li> <li>Fluent English</li> <li>Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, climate, sustainability or a related field</li> <li>Demonstrated success in writing and winning proposals, RFPs, and RFIs, preferably in the non-profit sector or consulting industries</li> <li>Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple proposals and bids simultaneously and deliver high-quality work on tight deadlines</li> <li>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate and timely submission of grant proposals, managing multiple projects and maintaining detailed records</li> <li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the
