<h3>Position Overview</h3>We are seeking a reliable and motivated Driver/Warehouse Associate to join our team. This dual-role position requires safe and timely deliveries using flatbed or box trucks (Non-CDL) as well as supporting daily warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-focused, and experienced in handling flatbed deliveries or box truck driving while maintaining accuracy in warehouse responsibilities.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3>Driving &amp; Deliveries<ul><li>Safely operate company vehicles (flatbed truck or box truck, Non-CDL) for local deliveries and pick-ups.</li><li>Load, secure, transport, and unload materials, equipment, or products in compliance with DOT and company safety standards.</li><li>Perform routine vehicle inspections (fuel, fluid levels, tires, lights) and report maintenance needs.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service during deliveries, ensuring professionalism and care with each interaction.</li><li>Maintain accurate delivery logs, invoices, and receipts.</li></ul>Warehouse Operations<ul><li>Receive, inspect, and organize incoming shipments and materials.</li><li>Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately for delivery.</li><li>Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment (training provided if necessary).</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.</li><li>Assist with cycle counts, inventory management, and stock rotation.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.</li><li>Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.</li><li>Experience operating flatbed trucks or box trucks (Non-CDL required).</li><li>Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. and perform physical work.</li><li>Forklift certification preferred (or willingness to be trained).</li><li>Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Excellent communication and customer service skills.</li></ul>
