We are seeking a hands-on, detail-oriented Warehouse Floor Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a team of associates on the floor. The Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring efficient order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, safety compliance, and overall productivity. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is skilled at motivating teams, and has strong problem-solving abilities.<h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Supervise and direct daily activities of warehouse floor staff including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory control.</li><li>Assign work, monitor progress, and adjust resources to meet operational deadlines.</li><li>Ensure accurate processing of customer orders and timely delivery preparation.</li><li>Oversee loading/unloading of trucks and proper handling of materials.</li><li>Train, coach, and mentor warehouse associates to improve performance and efficiency.</li><li>Monitor safety protocols and conduct regular checks to ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.</li><li>Support and enforce warehouse policies, procedures, and best practices.</li><li>Collaborate with Warehouse Manager to evaluate workflow, improve processes, and implement productivity initiatives.</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.</li><li>Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories, ensuring accuracy of records.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field preferred.</li><li>3+ years of warehouse or distribution experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role.</li><li>Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and shipping/receiving processes.</li><li>Forklift certification (or ability to obtain).</li><li>Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.</li><li>Proficient with warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office Suite.</li></ul>
