About the roleLilac Solutions is seeking experienced Field Chemists to operate and maintain our pilot lithium processing laboratories for a pilot project in Hungary. This role requires hands-on analytical expertise, resourcefulness in remote environments, and the ability to work closely with engineers to keep the lab running at the highest level of reliability and data quality. Field Chemists will be responsible for commissioning, operating, and troubleshooting laboratory equipment, with a focus on ICP-OES operation and maintenance, analytical quality control, and laboratory logistics. Successful candidates will thrive in challenging field conditions, be highly organized, and capable of building sustainable laboratory practices in resource-constrained environments. The term of employment is approximately 3 months, with the potential for extension.
