AECOM is seeking an experienced Planning Engineer for a major Roads and Infrastructure and bridges projects located in Dubai. Job Duties:<ul><li>Develop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) for small to medium-sized projects</li><li>Analyze project financial data and identify potential impacts on project outcomes</li><li>Assist in establishing project baseline data using drawings and specifications</li><li>Conduct cost and schedule variance analyses to ensure project efficiency</li><li>Collect and analyze progress data, reviewing performance trends to support decision-making</li><li>Apply earned value, scope control, and change management methodologies</li><li>Analyze manpower, labor hours, and labor costs against budget limitations</li><li>Track purchase order and subcontract commitments and expenditures</li><li>Support the project reporting process and participate in project cost review meetings</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of project goals and timelines</li><li>Assist in trend analysis and forecasting to optimize project performance</li><li>Contribute to the development and improvement of planning processes and tools</li></ul>
