<p>Supervise a team of lab pack chemist, industrial technicians, and office staff providing field services to customers in the healthcare, industrial, educational institutes and other businesses. Responsible for safe and accurate completion of day-to-day activities including waste characterization, segregation, packaging, and documentation.</p><ul><li>Manage day-to-day activities of Field Services team (Technical, Industrial and HHW groups) to ensure achievement of customer satisfaction while meeting quality, safety, regulatory and budgetary goals.</li><li>Conduct regular quality assurance customer visits</li><li>Ensure the appropriate and required documentation is complete and accurate to meet State, EPA, DOT and DEA regulations</li><li>Train, coach and counsel team members to achieve performance objectives. Prepare regular performance appraisals and goal-setting with subordinate staff according to company guidelines.</li><li>Conduct regular meetings with staff</li><li>Monitor PTO of team and conduct annual performance reviews</li><li>Coordinate field service schedules</li><li>Prepare Health Safety Analysis/Job Safety Assessments for projects.</li><li>Ensure confine space / hot work / fall protection protocols are met.</li><li>Monitor and manage Field Services budget.</li><li>Assist in the development of field Standard Operating Procedures and follow up by ensuring implementation.</li><li>Assist in the development of training materials and training outlines and follow up by effectively executing the instruction.</li><li>Order necessary equipment to perform projects</li><li>Arrange transportation and schedule loads</li><li>Ensure fleet of trucks are maintained in good working order and PM occur regularly.</li><li>Perform other reasonably related tasks as assigned by management</li></ul>
