If you thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy solving complex challenges, and want to leave a legacy of excellence, this role is for you.<h2>📌 Principal Responsibilities</h2><ul><li>Champion a people-first culture with a strong commitment to safety and standardized maintenance practices.</li><li>Lead site assessments, gap analyses, and change initiatives to elevate maintenance performance across locations.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement projects aligned with enterprise goals and plant-specific needs.</li><li>Embed EHS standards into all aspects of the Maintenance Excellence program.</li><li>Research and recommend emerging technologies and methods to enhance reliability and team development.</li><li>Support sourcing of external partners for technical consulting, training, and innovation.</li><li>Collaborate directly with plant teams, including leadership, management, and front-line staff.</li><li>Develop and execute action plans to support improvement initiatives.</li><li>Track and report on project progress and measurable outcomes.</li><li>Conduct regular site visits to ensure sustainability of improvements.</li><li>Prepare AFEs to secure funding and support for initiatives.</li><li>Lead or support Job Hazard Assessments (JHA) and Technical Needs Analyses (TNA).</li><li>Train key stakeholders in tools and methodologies that drive continuous improvement.</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>🎓 Qualifications &amp; Experience</h2><ul><li>Technical certification such as a trades license, PMP, or MMP.</li><li>10+ years of experience in maintenance roles (planning, scheduling, supervision).</li><li>5+ years in a leadership capacity.</li><li>Bilingual in French is required.</li><li>Strong background in manufacturing environments.</li><li>Proven expertise in maintenance best practices (e.g., RCM, PdM, CMMS).</li><li>Demonstrated success in leading organizational change.</li><li>Experience in training and instructional delivery.</li><li>Excellent relationship-building, written, and verbal communication skills.</li><li>Willingness and ability to travel to plants across Quebec and the U.S.</li></ul><h2></h2><h2>💬 Accessibility Statement</h2>IPEX is committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities throughout the recruitment process and, upon request, will work with qualified job applicants to provide suitable accommodation in a manner that takes into account the applicant’s accessibility needs due to disability.
