These markets include aerospace and defense, factory automation, air and water quality environmental monitoring, electronics design and development, oceanographic research, deepwater oil and gas exploration and production, medical imaging and pharmaceutical research.​We are looking for individuals who thrive on making an impact and want the excitement of being on a team that wins.  Job Description  Responsibilities<ul><li>Pack/box orders for export or domestic shipments.</li><li>Prepare shipments in ERP system.</li><li>Verify all shipment data pulls in from Sales order correctly into UPS Worldship.</li><li>Prepare and verify all export and domestic documentation.</li></ul><ul><li>Prepare EEI Export filing in ACE portal.<ul><li>Communicate with our Order Management team on export processes or special requests that arise.</li><li>Effectively communicate with Compliance team with all export issues.</li><li>Process all shipments for LTL Freight carriers, UPS/FEDEX/DHL, and courier services.</li><li>Maintain an accurate filing system of network scanned and hard copy documents.</li></ul></li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Prior shipping/warehouse experience preferred but not required.</li><li>Energetic hard-working individual who would like a permanent long-term position and opportunity to grow within our company</li><li>Must have above basic computer and data entry skills.</li><li>Proficient in Excel/ Word/Outlook.</li><li>Must be able to work in high paced, high-volume environment.</li><li>Must be able to prioritize and meet deadlines.</li><li>Must demonstrate accuracy, responsibility and thoroughness with all work and projects.</li><li>Ability to lift at least 65 lbs.; Stand for long periods of time.</li><li>Excellent communication skills and have a positive attitude.</li><li>Excellent attendance/punctuality.</li><li>Ability to learn additional warehouse tasks.</li><li>Ability to work overtime when needed.</li></ul>  Salary Range: Pay TransparencyThe anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
