The service engineer's responsibilities include repairing faults, servicing equipment, creating preventative maintenance strategies, and updating user manuals. You should always provide friendly, efficient service. To be successful as a service engineer, you should be knowledgeable about machines and willing to accept constructive criticism. Ultimately, an outstanding service engineer will exhibit resourcefulness as well as superb active listening and troubleshooting skills.<div></div>Detailed Description:<ul><li>Provide Service Task and Customer support (IR camera Repair, Calibration, Maintenance)</li><li>Diagnose errors and technical problems and determine proper solutions.</li><li>Report timely and detailed reports to the Service manager.</li><li>Cooperate with teams’ colleagues and share Service information with stakeholders.</li><li>Follow the corporate Policy and Service procedure and protocol.</li><li>Use the SAP and Follow GTC RMA procedure.</li></ul><div></div>Requirements:<ul><li>At least, majored in Electronics / Electrics Engineering or Mechanical Engineering at college or university.</li><li>2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the electronics repair / assembly industry.</li><li>Be able to communicate in English and Korean.</li><li>PC Skill required (MS Office).</li></ul><div></div>  Teledyne and all of our employees are committed to conducting business with the highest ethical standards.
