You will play a key part in ensuring data integrity, compliance, and service excellence across our operations.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Own the administration and maintenance of Customer Master Data.</li><li>Process all customer data inputs and updates in a timely and accurate manner.</li><li>Respond to data entry requests and resolve related queries.</li><li>Ensure service quality standards are consistently met or exceeded.</li><li>Maintain compliance with relevant legal and regulatory requirements.</li><li>Identify and report data gaps, inconsistencies, and errors.</li><li>Deliver a high standard of customer service in all interactions.</li><li>Support continuous improvement initiatives related to data management.</li><li>Alert Supervisors to any issues or opportunities with existing customers (e.g., major contract renewals).</li><li>Act as the primary point of contact for country-based account management teams, as well as commercial and query resolution teams.</li></ul>You will have:<ul><li>Languages: Excellent English and advanced Polish or French.
