You are the final set of eyes and hands before a Lucid Air or Gravity leaves the factory. Working directly on the vehicle in the End-of-Line zones, you will diagnose and resolve complex electrical, mechanical, software, and cosmetic issues in real time to meet daily production goals while upholding Lucid’s uncompromising standard.</p><p><strong>You Will:</strong></p><ul><li>Rapidly diagnose and repair defects found during dynamic and static quality gates (electrical, HV/LV systems, powertrain, thermal, suspension, brakes, ADAS, infotainment, interior/exterior fit &amp; finish, NVH, water ingress)</li><li>Perform precise repairs on aluminum structures, bonded assemblies, glass, closures, premium interior components</li><li>Flash and configure vehicle software (OTA updates, module programming, gateway configuration) using Lucid diagnostic tools</li><li>Calibrate ADAS sensors (LiDAR, cameras, radar, ultrasonics) and execute DreamDrive validation routines</li><li>Conduct water-ingress testing, sealant application, and leak resolution to luxury-vehicle standards</li><li>Accurately document all repairs, root cause, and containment actions in Lucid’s MES and Quality systems</li><li>Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality Engineering, Vehicle Engineering, and Production to drive down escaped defects and improve line FTT.</li><li>Adhere strictly to Lucid High-Voltage safety protocols</li></ul><p><strong>You Bring:</strong></p><ul><li>5+ years of hands-on automotive repair or assembly experience (OEM or Tier-1 supplier preferred)</li><li>Strong electrical diagnostic skills; ability to interpret complex wiring schematics and CAN/LIN/Ethernet vehicle networks</li><li>Proficiency with diagnostic scan tools, multimeters, and CAN analysis software</li><li>Direct experience working safely on high-voltage battery systems (400–900V)</li><li>Exceptional attention to detail and craftsmanship, especially with luxury interior materials (leather, Alcantara, wood, brushed metals)</li><li>Flexibility to work any shift, mandatory overtime, and weekends as production ramps</li></ul><p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p><ul><li>Prior End of Line or final repair experience at established OEMs.</li><li>Familiarity with Lucid diagnostic systems (DSA) and Lucid internal programs (MES, PRODIS, etc.)</li><li>Lucid-specific training or experience with the Lucid Air or Gravity platform</li><li>ASE L3 (Light Duty Hybrid/EV) or A6/A8 certifications</li><li>Experience with structural adhesives, rivet-bonding, or aluminum repairs</li></ul><p>Essential Physical Requirements:</p><ul><li> <strong>Standing and Walking:  </strong>Ability to stand and walk for 8–12 hours per shift on hard surfaces in a production environment.</li><li> M<strong>anual Dexterity: </strong>Frequent use of hands for handling tools, assembling components, and operating machinery.
