Within this role you will be responsible for: This is a fast-paced, high-impact role with three core pillars:<ul><li>End-to-End Talent Acquisition: You will own the full recruitment lifecycle for a variety of technical roles, from Software Engineers (Backend) to DevOps and Platform Engineers. You will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring exceptional technical talent, ensuring a world-class candidate experience from the first conversation through to offer delivery. </li><li>Strategic Talent Partnering: You will go beyond basic recruiting by building deep, trusted relationships with your engineering stakeholders. You'll become a true consultant, advising on hiring strategy, market insights, and best-in-class hiring practices.
