Your mission We are looking for a Data Analyst (f/m/d) who uncover valuable findings from our data, proactively identify opportunities to improve our processes, and empower our teams. Your main tasks will be:<ul><li>Extract, manipulate and analyse complex data structures to solve customer problems and elevate the team.</li><li>Manage and fulfill data requests from the Customer Success and Data Management teams, acting as a key point of contact.</li><li>Perform analysis using your coding and scripting skills to support our research team's key initiatives.</li><li>Proactively identify data bottlenecks, inefficiencies and recurring requests, working collaboratively with Product and development to improve these processes with innovative solutions. </li><li>Communicate complex data analysis processes in a clear and compelling way to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li></ul> Your profile Must-haves:<ul><li>3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar role.</li><li>Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.</li><li>Experience with Python, and tools like Jupyter Notebook</li><li>Strong eye for detail and excellent skills in managing priorities and timelines </li><li>A highly proactive, self-starter mindset with excellent problem-solving skills</li><li>A valid work permit in Austria</li></ul>Bonus points for:<ul><li>Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.</li><li>Experience with JVM languages (Scala, Java etc) or functional programming languages (Haskell, Elixir etc) </li><li>Hands on experience with AI tools to solve complex problems and optimise daily operations </li><li>A passion for knowledge sharing and an ability to empower others by teaching basic data analysis techniques</li></ul> What we offer you Competitive Compensation and Benefits: We recognise and reward talent.
