If that speaks to you, we’d be happy to welcome you to our team!  Take YOUR part in #EnergySmart!   You will contribute to green and secure energy ecosystem creation by: <ul><li>Ensuring comprehensive legal services and providing expert legal support to Ignitis Polska and Ignitis Group teams</li><li>Drafting, negotiating and ensuring compliance of legal documentation with applicable laws, the interests of Ignitis Polska and Ignitis Group, and best international practices, both in Polish and English </li><li>Assisting the business team in finding legal solutions for various practical legal and business issues </li><li>Cooperating with the regulatory authorities, management, and other stakeholders </li><li>Reviewing and preparing internal policies and procedures to ensure business activities are in place to meet regulatory obligations </li><li>Handling corporate housekeeping tasks, including maintenance of corporate documentation and coordination of corporate governance processes </li></ul>
