As a director, you will be responsible for profit and loss accountability, partner relationships, compliance, and overall strategy development in multiple incentive markets.  </span></p><p>Primary Responsibilities:<br>•    Develop overall company strategy to monetize state-level incentives associated with the production and storage of solar electricity from residential rooftop solar systems<br>•    Near-term strategy should focus on targeting the most valuable incentive programs<br>•    Long-term strategy should include all programs that provide a net economic benefit to the company <br>•    Develop and implement processes to streamline the application and reporting requirements of the targeted programs<br>•    This will require collaboration with stakeholders across the entire organization including sales, deal processing, technology, operations, finance, legal, and compliance<br>•    Research new state-level incentive programs and changes to current programs<br>•    Recommend programs that provide the most benefit to the company<br>•    Ensure continued compliance with programs the company is currently participating in<br>•    Develop and maintain relationships as applicable with each state’s program administration <br>•    Assist in the negotiation of 3rd party services that may be required to participate in the targeted incentive programs<br>•    Assist in training and management of offshore resources that may be utilized in incentive program application processes</p><p></p><div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent;"><div style="font-size:16.0px;"><h2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px;">Job Overview</h2></div><div><p>Employees in this role are responsible for leading and coordinating key functions of a project such as financial feasibility analysis, engineering/design, project legal review and financial negotiations.
