They will follow the data governance model to enter data into SAP systems and other data sources to generate insights, improve efficiency, and support continuous improvement initiatives.Principal Responsibilities<ul><li>Analyze and build data for entry into SAP ERP and other data management systems</li><li>Support quality remediation and cleanse system data per data governance quality audit reporting</li><li>Analyze production data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities</li><li>Support key performance indicators (KPIs) related to data quality to drive efficiency, quality, and output</li><li>Conduct root cause analysis on production inefficiencies and data quality issues</li><li>Provide data-driven insights to support Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma initiatives</li><li>Collaborate with production teams to develop strategies for process optimization</li><li>Identify and quantify the impact of process changes on manufacturing efficiency</li><li>Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to understand data requirements</li><li>Communicate findings and recommendations effectively through presentations and reports</li><li>Partner with IT and data governance teams to ensure data accessibility and compliance</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field or equivalent</li><li>Certification in SAP is an asset (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate)</li><li>2 or more years of experience as a Data Management or Analyst in a manufacturing environment</li><li>Hands-on experience with ERP systems, SAP highly preferred</li><li>Experience with data integration and automation within SAP environments is an asset</li><li>Proficiency in SQL, MS Excel and PowerBI</li><li>Familiarity with manufacturing metrics (e.g., OEE, cycle time, yield).</li><li>Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies is an asset</li><li>Excellence communication &amp; problem-solving skills</li></ul>IPEX is committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities throughout the recruitment process and, upon request, will work with qualified job applicants to provide suitable accommodation in a manner that takes into account the applicant’s accessibility needs due to disability.
