This role serves as the key liaison between data management teams, IT, and business partners to ensure accuracy and consistency across the organization.Principal Responsibilities<ul><li>Continuously improve business processes to enhance efficiency and quality</li><li>Supervise team of Operational Business Data Analysts</li><li>Monitor data workflows and process blockers, solve process-related issues &amp; adjust corresponding data as needed</li><li>Work with the Data Governance team to establish practices to ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant standards and regulations</li><li>Help to define, develop, and document operational data processes, standards, and procedures</li><li>Own manufacturing data standards and definitions</li><li>Action and drive completion within the business of data quality controls and standards</li><li>Handle the remediation of data audits and validations</li><li>Act as the main point of contact for manufacturing teams to ensure alignment</li><li>Collaborate with Data Governance, IT BPEs, data analysts, and business units to align data initiatives with organizational goals</li><li>Collaborate with other business teams cross-functionally to drive process improvements and solve blockers</li><li>Deliver training and support on data processes to end users</li></ul>Qualifications &amp; Experience<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Management, Information Systems, or a related field</li><li>Certification in Lean six sigma is an asset</li><li>5+ years of experience in data management, process improvement, or a similar role within a manufacturing environment</li><li>3+ years of experience managing a team</li><li>Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 HANA</li><li>Consistent track record of driving process improvements and data quality initiatives</li><li>Project management experience is highly desirable</li><li>Excellent communication &amp; problem-solving skills, with strong business sense</li><li>Ability to influence, guide, and support others to achieve goals and drive initiatives forward</li></ul>IPEX is committed to providing accommodations for people with disabilities throughout the recruitment process and, upon request, will work with qualified job applicants to provide suitable accommodation in a manner that takes into account the applicant’s accessibility needs due to disability.
