Perform first line analysis on asset performance, and proper actions taken where required to maximise Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE)</li><li>Work closely with Maintenance Leads to optimise asset availability, condition, performance, and manpower allocation. Maintain accurate production data in Production folders</li><li>Initiate and/or attend Kaizen or any Continuous Improvement events to deeply understand root cause analysis. Have an accurate follow up of oil and coolant consumption and raise immediately any abnormality for action.</li></ul>Other responsibilities:<ul><li>Discuss and set annual objectives for direct reports. Conduct performance appraisal, follow-up development and training of direct reports.</li><li>Work with superintendents on succession planning for the Project.</li><li>Assist in the recruitment of local staff where applicable.
