Please note this is a contract opportunity with the potential to go full time!!  Key Accountabilities  <ul><li>Liaise with customers, and various internal departments including: Customer service, Finance, Maintenance, Safety and Operations, etc.</li><li>Creates and maintains reports and spreadsheets accurately and efficiently</li><li>Establishes &amp; maintains electronic/hard copy files and records</li><li>Aids with collection and compilation of work orders, BOL’s, and other operational record keeping documents</li><li>Completes customer invoicing through the company operational management system (OMS)</li><li>Responsible for ad hoc internal reports and customer requested billing/invoicing reports</li><li>Handles administrative requests and queries for management team, colleagues and other functional groups as needed</li></ul>  Experience, Qualifications &amp; Education <ul><li>High School diploma or equivalent required</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li><li>Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, word, excel, etc) or Google Workspace</li><li>Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy</li><li>Proven ability to multi-task &amp; ability to organize and prioritize tasks</li></ul>  We thank you for your interest.
