This position will be "'Project Accountant cum Secretary". This role combines financial management with administrative duties related to a project.Key Responsibilities <ul><li>Prepare invoices for the Urgent Bridge Project (collating all the supporting documents)</li><li>Assist in following up and recording customer collections</li><li>Assist in updating project replans in Epicor</li><li>Assist in project closure in Epicor</li><li>In charge in training new employee in Epicor</li><li>Undertake monthly time reconciliation and following up employee time entry completion</li><li>Batch time entries of employees with limited access in Epicor, ensuring that all employees have complete time entry for the period.</li><li>Collate all supporting documents for possible BIR audit</li><li>Maintain books of Account of the Project</li><li>Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.</li></ul>Minimum Qualifications<ul><li>With bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance-related courses</li><li>Possesses at least 3 years of actual working experience in accounting-related functions</li><li>Has knowledge in financial planning and accounting software</li></ul>At Surbana Jurong, we put talent, hard work, teamwork and a fun workplace together to approach problems and solve them creatively and collaboratively.
