Key Accountabilities<ul><li>Assist in the implementation and continuous improvement of the Facilities Monitoring Plan, contributing to the operational efficiency of building systems;</li><li>Support maintenance technicians in preventive and corrective maintenance activities across various areas (e.g., HVAC, electrical, plumbing, civil works);</li><li>Accompany and monitor subcontractors during on-site interventions, ensuring proper execution of tasks and gaining exposure to contractor management practices;</li><li>Comply with environmental, health and safety (EHS), quality, and productivity standards in all assigned activities;</li><li>Adhere to the organization's internal rules and regulations, including the Code of Ethics, conduct guidelines, and working hours;</li><li>Promote and maintain workplace safety, cleanliness, and organization at all times;</li><li>Perform additional tasks, beyond the primary scope of the internship, when required due to operational needs or training opportunities, under the guidance of the supervisor.</li></ul>Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>Currently enrolled in or recently completed a vocational or technical program in Electromechanics, Building Maintenance, HVAC/AVAC Systems, or a related field;</li><li>Strong interest in building systems maintenance and willingness to learn in a practical, hands-on environment;</li><li>Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and sense of responsibility;</li><li>Ability to work in a team and follow instructions from experienced technicians and supervisors;</li><li>Basic knowledge of tools and safety procedures (preferred);</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a plus.</li></ul>Internal Use Only: Indirect HourlyGlobal Terms of Use and Privacy Statement Carefully read the BorgWarner Privacy Policy before using this website.
