We need someone who thrives on solving problems, working cross-functionally, and communicating complex solutions with clarity. Ideal candidates use their knowledge of modern marketing techniques and the Utility industry knowledge to engage target prospects, and are excited about the challenge of helping utilities modernize through AI. Key Responsibilities <ul> <li> Market Segmentation &amp; Targeting <ul> <li> Define and refine audience segmentation across multiple geographies. </li> <li> Identify high-potential utility accounts and prioritize marketing outreach accordingly. </li> </ul> </li> <li> Buyer Persona Development <ul> <li> Develop in-depth, region-specific buyer personas for utilities and related stakeholders. </li> <li> Translate persona insights into tailored messaging and content strategies. </li> </ul> </li> <li> Thought Leadership Creation <ul> <li> Partner with subject matter experts to develop compelling whitepapers, webinars, blogs, and case studies. </li> <li> Position Bidgely as an industry leader in Utility AI and decarbonization. </li> </ul> </li> <li> Campaign Design &amp; Execution <ul> <li> Build multi-channel campaigns across digital advertising, social media, email marketing, and events to drive lead generation. </li> <li> Work closely with the Demand Generation Director to build Account-Based Marketing (ABM) programs (Demandbase preferred) targeting high-value accounts. </li> <li> Monitor campaign performance and optimize for conversion rates. </li> </ul> </li> <li> Event Management <ul> <li> Plan and execute virtual and in-person events, trade shows, and conferences in target markets. </li> <li> Align event strategy with sales goals and lead generation targets. </li> </ul> </li> <li> Sales Enablement <ul> <li> Equip regional sales teams with the tools, collateral, and insights needed to convert leads into opportunities. </li> <li> Facilitate consistent feedback loops between marketing and sales to optimize lead quality. </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h3>Key Outcomes and KPIs</h3> <ul> <li> <h3>Campaign Planning and Execution</h3> <ul> <li> Work closely with Revenue Generation and Demand Generation to create a Quarterly International Campaign Calendar encompassing Email, Digital and Event campaigns. </li> <li> Ensure campaigns are executed in a timely fashion to drive engagement and pipeline creation. </li> <li> Work closely with Revenue Marketing to measure campaign performance and course correct where needed. </li> </ul> </li> <li> Top of Funnel Lead Creation <ul> <li> Work closely with Demand Generation Director to execute campaigns that generate Leads with Target International Accounts </li> <li> Ensure Leads convert to Marketing Qualified Leads at 50%+ </li> </ul> </li> <li> Pipeline Creation <ul> <li> Work closely with the Business Development Team to ensure MQLs convert to Meetings Held at 25%. </li> <li> Ensure Meetings held convert to SALs at 40%. </li> </ul> </li> <li> Budget Management <ul> <li> Work closely with the CMO to define the International Marketing Budget and ensure adherence to that budget. </li> </ul> </li> <li> Event Management <ul> <li> Identify high-priority events across India, EU, Middle East, ANZ, Southeast Asia. </li> <li> Develop the International Event Calendar and coordinate all speakers, campaigns and follow up to create SALs and Pipeline. </li> </ul> </li> </ul> <h3>Qualifications &amp; Skills</h3> Required: <ul> <li> 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on the utilities or energy sector. </li> <li> Proven success in international campaign management and lead generation. </li> <li> Exceptional project management experience with the ability to effectively manage multiple initiatives across regions simultaneously. </li> <li> Expertise with marketing automation platforms (Marketo preferred) and CRM integration. </li> <li> Experience with Account-Based Marketing (Demandbase preferred). </li> <li> Demonstrated ability to design and execute digital advertising, social media, and email campaigns. </li> <li> Strong event management skills (both virtual and in-person). </li> <li> Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, especially with sales and product teams. </li> <li> Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, “start-up” environment. </li> <li>Must be available to work 6:00-9:00 pm IST daily to support overlap of US time. </li> </ul> Preferred: <ul> <li> Familiarity with utility industry trends, regulatory environments, and buying cycles in the target regions. </li> <li> Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills. </li> </ul> <h3>Why Join Bidgely?</h3> <ul> <li> Growth Potential with a Startup: Seize the opportunity to grow with an innovative startup <ul> <li> Work at the cutting edge of AI and the clean energy transition. </li> <li> Collaborate with a global team dedicated to innovation and impact. </li> <li> Opportunity to shape market presence in diverse, high-growth regions. </li> </ul> </li> <li> Collaborative Environment: Work with a passionate team united by the goal of a clean energy future </li> <li> Unique Tools: We provide all the tools you need to excel in your role </li> <li> Mentorship Programs: Opportunity to learn and receive mentorship from industry experts </li> </ul> Location This role is based out of India.
