Through close cross-functional collaboration with our design, engineering, and manufacturing teams, you will be part of delivering innovative solutions for AV hardware, ensuring performance, safety, and scalability.</span></div><br><br><h3>In this role, you will:</h3><ul><li>Work closely with engineers and prototype technicians to build complex electromechanical systems, prototypes, bucks, mules, and alphas to produce next-generation vehicles and platforms.</li><li>Support the bring-up of systems that require the use of your debug and diagnostic skills.</li><li>Employ strong prototyping abilities that accelerate decision-making and development time. </li><li>Maintain build documentation (BOMs, assembly guides, test reports).</li><li>Provide cross-functional feedback to the team to drive continuous improvement.</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Vehicle Technician training, or related accredited training.</li><li>5+ years of industry experience.</li><li>Ability to build and assemble electromechanical systems with minimal instructions.</li><li>Ability to read electrical schematics and CAD drawings.</li><li>Ability to modify electrical circuits and mechanical assemblies.</li><li>Experience with root cause analysis and diagnostic tools.</li></ul><h3>Bonus Qualifications</h3><ul><li>Experience with hands-on prototyping (fabrication, welding, composites, etc.) and designing and building tools, jigs, and fixtures.</li><li>Supplier management and development to support Prototyping.</li><li>Skilled with productivity and documentation tools such as Google Suite, Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence.</li></ul><br>
