Key responsibilities:<ul><li>Sales Engineering and Business Development</li></ul><ol> <li>Leading client conversations through emails, phone calls and in-person meetings</li> <li>Performing energy audits on client sites</li> <li>Designing of photovoltaic systems (on-grid, off-grid, hybrid)</li> <li>Developing sales proposals to drive the sales process</li> <li>Preparing and submitting tender documents (including specifications, bill of quantities, drawings, etc.) and designs as per requirements</li> <li>Driving the full sales process from proposal drafting to contract execution; and </li> <li>Working with the legal department in respect of all draft agreements and legal documents in connection with your role.</li> </ol>Requirements1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.2. Experience: Minimum of 2 years experience dealing directly with clients in commercial and industrial space in service industry 3. Language Proficiency: English.4. Character &amp; Competencies: <ul> <li>Prior experience in a Sales or Client facing team</li> <li>Tenacious problem solver that can accurately identify, solve, implement, and communicate complex challenges</li> <li>Self-motivated, independent professional with excellent communication skills, strong technical aptitude and the ability to thrive under pressure</li> <li>Highly organised with ability to manage multiple projects in parallel and prioritize competing demands, passion for renewable energy</li> <li>Demonstrated interpersonal and negotiating skills in a direct or indirect capacity</li> <li>Ability to spend time in-person with customers and travel frequently in assigned territory (50-70% travel)</li> <li>Strong work ethic, high energy level and positive attitude</li> <li>Prior experience selling Solar Energy or Diesel Generators a plus </li> <li>Demonstrated attention to detail and extraordinary oral and written communication skills required.
