Based in New York, you will play a critical role in building and growing our innovative advertising business, helping clients activate one of the market's most unique, tech-enabled media platforms.This is a rare opportunity to be part of a pioneering team at the intersection of robotics, experiential marketing, and emerging media, bringing creativity and innovation to the streets through our sidewalk delivery robots. This role is a contract, 1099 paying $5,000 a month base salary with 8% commission on sales generated. Responsibilities<ul style=""><li>Identify, prospect, and develop new business opportunities with brands and agencies.</li><li>Pitch Serve’s advertising and experiential marketing capabilities in a compelling, consultative manner</li><li>Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with key agency and brand stakeholders.</li><li>Manage a full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing and onboarding</li><li>Stay informed on Out of Home Advertising trends, client needs, and the evolving media landscape</li><li>Collaborate internally with marketing, operations, engineering, and product to ensure seamless campaign execution</li><li>Track and manage opportunities through CRM tools and sales pipelines</li><li>Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals</li></ul>Qualifications<ul style=""><li>4+ years of successful media sales experience, ideally in out-of-home advertising or experiential advertising</li><li>Proven ability to sell to and build relationships with agencies and brands, and have existing relationships in place. </li><li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li><li>Excellent verbal and written communication abilities</li><li>Valid driver’s license and ability to travel for client meetings and events</li></ul>What Makes You Stand Out<ul style=""><li>Deep understanding of the out-of-home advertising space and experiential advertising</li><li>Experience using data and analytics to inform client strategies</li><li>Background in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup sales environments</li><li>Proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline management platforms </li></ul>
