This role requires strong technical expertise, a hands-on supportive mentality, and the ability to prioritise strategically. This position is key to both maintaining regulatory readiness and building long-term digital resilience.                            Your daily business will involve <br>                                <ul><li>Lead the continuous improvement of the TWAICE's IT systems <ul><li>Across tooling, operating systems, networking, identity and endpoint management, as well as device lifecycle processes across a hybrid workforce. </li><li>As well as office video- and audio systems, local IT Infrastructure and network setup </li></ul></li><li>Be the primary contact for IT issues - working on and continuously improving our IT support </li><li>Serve as the technical backbone of our Information Security Management System (ISMS) </li><li>Support the secure operation of cloud-based services (e.g., Microsoft 365, SaaS platforms), including configuration, monitoring, and backups in collaboration with our DevOps team. </li></ul>                            Your profile<br>                                <strong>This is a hybrid role with office presence expected. </strong><ul><li>Working Experience in System Administration, Networking, Device and Tool Management </li><li>Hands-on working mentality and self-management skills to handle both daily operation and project work </li><li>Experience working with remote distributed teams </li><li>Experience with project leadership, making decisions independently and managing external IT support</li><li>Strong collaboration skills with both internal teams (Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Data Protection, Operations) and external suppliers </li><li>Ability to implement a secure-by-default culture, act as a trusted partner for senior management, and enable our employees to work best. </li><li>Fluent in English </li><li>Strategic part: <ul><li>Assess IT needs, support tool rollouts, and streamline digital workflows that improve productivity, security, and onboarding/offboarding. </li></ul></li><li>Tooling: <ul><li>Microsoft 365 </li><li>Atlassian </li><li>Windows + MacOS devices </li><li>Monitoring and Patch Management Tools (e.g. NinjaOne, Zabbix, etc.) </li><li>Mobile Device Management Tools (e.g. Microsoft Intune, etc.) </li><li>Hardware Asset Management (e.g. Jira Assets, Snipe-IT, etc.) </li><li>Network Management (Ubiquiti Hardware, HP Switches, Cisco Switches, etc.)</li></ul></li></ul>                            Benefits<br>                                TWAICE offers a competitive compensation package designed to reward your contributions and invest in your future.
