You will lead the creation and development of design specifications, models, and engineering artifacts, such as technical provision, order technical specification and test instruction. 2. You will conduct design reviews and verifications and implement necessary modifications and support R&amp;D initiatives with our Global Technical Center.3. You will ensure design milestones are met, and projects are delivered on time and conduct risk assessments and perform FMEA to develop mitigation strategies. 4. You will identify opportunities for design improvements, perform DtV activities and collaborate with marketing and product management to develop customer-centric solutions. 5. You will work closely with the supply chain team to ensure manufacturability and cost-effectiveness. Evaluate and select materials and components. 6. You will foster a collaborative and innovative team environment. Assist in reviewing and understanding contract technical requirements related to design projects and support production and quality issues solution.7. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.8. You hold a bachelor’s degree or above, major in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.2. Required with 1-3 years design experience related to electrical products. 3. Skills in Creo is a must, knowledge on Windchill and simulation tools such as Ansys, ACE, COMSOL are preferred. 5. Good communication with people, teamwork spirit. 6. Fluent in English, good at reading and written English.
