Responsibilities / TasksWe are seeking an organized and proactive team member to take on the role of Contract Management &amp; Commercial Coordination Specialist. This position is key to ensuring our contracts and commercial processes run smoothly, supporting cross-departmental collaboration, and maintaining compliance with company and legal requirements.Key Responsibilities<ul><li>Draft, review, and manage contracts (NDAs, Sales Agreements, Consultancy, etc.)</li><li>Ensure compliance with contractual terms (bonds, letters of credit, insurance, etc.)</li><li>Coordinate amendments, notices, and contract changes</li><li>Oversee order management from receipt to payment, including ERP data validation</li><li>Liaise with Sales, Legal, Finance, Supply Chain, and Project teams</li><li>Support project teams and participate in forecasting and reporting</li><li>Maintain and improve order management and contract templates</li><li>Act as a key user for CRM software and ensure proper documentation</li><li>Actively participate in regular division and project team meetings to ensure alignment and effective communication across stakeholders</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, Engineering, or related field</li><li>5+ years’ experience in contract management or commercial administration</li><li>Proficiency in Turkish and English</li><li>Strong knowledge of contract terms and compliance</li><li>Experience with ERP and CRM systems</li><li>Excellent communication and coordination skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines</li><li>Attention to detail and process-oriented mindset</li></ul>Please note: Only applications submitted in English will be considered.Did we spark your interest?
