Develop &amp; drive strategic plans for the implementation of project to reach the right products within cost, budgets and time.  Collaborate with Global Product Management and Technology Management to ensure proper product tech. requirements, project and cost.</li><li>Responsibility for developing a strong team(s) that are highly skilled and develop and retain them.
