Your mission is to ensure that our building system is constructed in compliance with internal specifications and relevant building codes, while continuously driving improvements across processes.In this role, you will:Develop quality concepts for interface processes between production and construction sites.<ul><li>Develop quality concepts for interface processes between production and construction sites</li><li>Create and improve construction site processes for Gropyus projects</li><li>Moderate and participate in risk analyses (FMEA)</li><li>Detect, control, and follow-up of necessary measures, e.g., blocking of parts, rework, special releases</li><li>Conduct systematic problem analyses and ensure permanent resolution (8D, Lessons Learned)</li><li>Plan, execute, and monitor construction site audits (process and product-related)</li><li>Continuously enhance the Quality Management System in relation to construction sites and drive continuous improvement initiatives</li><li>Apply quality tools and lead Kaizen projects (PDCA)</li><li>Ensure our building system is erected according to specifications and valid building codes</li></ul> About you <ul><li>Minimum 3 years of experience in the construction industry</li><li>Proven experience as a building surveyor</li><li>Solid knowledge of building codes</li><li>Ideally, experience in quality planning, problem solving, and auditing</li><li>Experience in building and leading teams</li><li>Familiarity with Quality Management Systems</li><li>Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite</li><li>Experience with SAP, Six Sigma, or Lean Green/Black Belt is a plus</li><li>Willingness to travel regularly (50-80%) to our construction sites in Germany and Austria </li><li>Excellent German and English skills (written and spoken)</li></ul> What we offer<ul><li>An unlimited contract with 30 vacation days.  </li><li>Attractive perks and benefits: We offer a company pension scheme, language courses (English/German), and employee discounts with selected sustainable brands.
