This is a great opportunity to grow with the company and establish the methods and procedures that will be in place as we scale to production. Liquid crystal, chemistry, and Optics backgrounds preferred with a strong formal background in the processing, development, testing of liquid crystal for electro-optical applications.  The role involves all aspects of characterization of an electro optic device from incoming raw materials to system validation, as well as leading the continuous improvement cycle. The ideal candidate combines practical hands-on experience in liquid crystal formulation, characterization, quality control and continuous improvement focus.
