You'll be exposed to a variety of IT challenges and learn from experienced professionals.What will you do in this role?As an IT Intern, you will be an integral part of our IT team, focusing on 1st level support tasks. You will gain practical experience by:On-site Support (Warsaw Office):<ul><ul> <li>Providing basic IT support to local users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.</li> <li>Assisting with the setup and deployment of new employee devices (laptops, peripherals).</li> <li>Managing the collection and inventory of old or retired IT equipment.</li> <li>Performing basic networking tasks, such as patching cables and assisting with network troubleshooting under supervision.</li> </ul></ul>Remote Support:<ul><ul> <li>Assisting users with password resets and account access issues.</li> <li>Troubleshooting user application problems remotely.</li> <li>Supporting the IT onboarding process for new employees by providing basic IT introductions and guidance.</li> </ul></ul>General IT Tasks:<ul><ul> <li>Assisting the IT team with daily operational tasks and projects as needed.</li> <li>Creating scripts or automations that will allow the IT department to work more efficiently</li> <li>Documenting IT procedures and solutions.</li> <li>Communicating changes, tips and tricks to our colleagues</li> <li>Learning about and adhering to IT security policies and best practices.</li> </ul></ul>RequirementsWhat will you need to be successful in this role?<ul> <li>Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/coursework in Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.</li> <li>A foundational understanding of some common IT systems and operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux).</li> <li>Basic knowledge of networking concepts (equivalent to CCNA fundamentals is a plus).</li> <li>Familiarity with business IT systems such as Active Directory and identity management platforms (e.g., Okta).</li> <li>Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning.</li> <li>Good communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to explain technical concepts clearly.</li> <li>Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.</li> <li>Fluency in English; Polish language skills are a plus.</li> </ul>Process<ol> <li>TA Screen (30mins)</li> <li>Team Lead Screen (45mins)</li> <li>VP Screen (45mins)</li> </ol>Employment is subject to applicable security screening (incl.
