<h1>About</h1>The Engineering Society Automation Team is dedicated to building tools and systems that make the Society run more smoothly. From automating forms and data tracking to creating dashboards, improving workflows, and leading large-scale automation projects and transformations, we work on initiatives that directly support EngSoc’s executives, directors, and student community. Joining the team is a unique opportunity to get a behind-the-scenes look at how the Engineering Society operates and to gain hands-on experience across all departments while working closely with student leaders.<h1>Apply</h1>We’re looking for general members to join us this year! As part of the team, you’ll:<ul> <li> Learn how EngSoc functions and gain experience working with executives, directors, and other leadership teams </li> <li> Take part in full-scale automation projects that are already planned for this year 👀 </li> <li> Explore different areas of interest, including:<ul><li>Building Automations &amp; Flows - get hands-on with tools like Power Automate, forms, and apps to streamline day-to-day EngSoc operations. (automating email reminders, routing form submissions, generating reports, and simplifying approval processes)</li><li>Large-Scale Programming &amp; System Development - contribute to full-scale automation projects and tech stack improvements that will transform how the Society functions.
