This role is critical to driving data-informed decisions across product lifecycle stages, from concept to launch. </strong>You will work cross-functionally with engineering, supply chain, quality, and product teams to ensure data integrity, visibility, and actionable insights that accelerate innovation and operational excellence.</div><div> </div><div><b>Who you are and What you bring</b><b></b></div><ul style="margin-top:0.0cm;"><li><b>Minimum 5+ years of experience in data analytics, data Visualization and experience in Automating workflows</b></li><li><b>Advanced proficiency in Automating Excel reports (pivot tables, dashboards, formulas, VBA) and Power BI</b></li><li><b>Programming skills such as Python, SQL, or R for data manipulation and automation</b></li><li>Understanding of New Product Introduction (NPI) processes and product lifecycle management preferred.</li><li>Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights for technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field.</li></ul><div> </div><div><b>What you will be doing</b></div><ul style="margin-top:0.0cm;"><li><b>Take ownership to lead Analytics, AI and Automation independently.</b></li><li>Incorporating Agentic AI into workflows</li><li>Analyze and interpret complex datasets related to product development, configuration management, and lifecycle performance</li><li>Develop dashboards and reports using Excel, Incorta, and other visualization tools to support PMO and NPI decision-making</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data gaps, streamline workflows, and improve reporting accuracy</li></ul><div><b>Preferred Qualifications</b></div><ul style="margin-top:0.0cm;"><li>Exposure to Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)</li><li>Certification in Data Analytics, Six Sigma, or related fields is a plus</li><li>Experience with Agentic AI</li></ul><div> </div><div> </div><div> </div>
