Your mission<br>                                <ul><li>You take a leading role in cost controlling for our industrialization projects and thereby ensure financial transparency and efficiency across different workstreams and disciplines. This includes the proactive communication of budget risks.</li><li>You develop, manage, and continuously improve complex Excel-based and BI tools for project cost tracking, forecasting, and management reporting.</li><li>You collaborate closely with project managers and process engineers to challenge and validate the technical assumptions of cost models – e.g. mass and energy balances or chemicals consumption for hydrometallurgical recycling processes. </li><li>You drive the professionalization of our overall project controlling by establishing best practices and implementing ERP-integrated and automated solutions.</li><li>You develop professional cost models for early-stage industrialization projects in hydrometallurgical battery recycling, including scenario analyses and detailed cost breakdowns.</li><li>You contribute to professional risk management and project governance by maintaining risk registers, defining mitigation measures, and preparing clear governance reports.</li></ul>                            Your profile<br>                                <ul><li>You have relevant experience (&gt; 3 years) in cost controlling, financial modelling and analysis, or project management - ideally on large-scale CapEx factory construction projects.</li><li>You have taken responsibility for budgeting and monthly reporting processes.</li><li>You are highly proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, including advanced functions (pivot tables, VBA, data analysis) and you create professional management reports.</li><li>You have practical experience with Power BI or comparable BI tools, and you can build and maintain databases and data pipelines.</li><li>You work in a structured, proactive, and independent manner.</li><li>You demonstrate strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.</li><li>You hold a technical or business-related degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Process Engineering, Business Administration with a technical focus, or similar).</li><li>Knowledge of SAP and Autodesk Construction Cloud is an advantage.</li><li>Certifications such as PRINCE2, PMP, or IPMA are an advantage.</li><li>You speak fluent English, good German skills are a plus.</li></ul>                            Why us?<br>                                <ul><li>Working in a young and interdisciplinary scale-up team </li><li>A lot of responsibility and creative freedom right from the start </li><li>Active contribution to climate protection &amp; circular economy  </li><li>Active involvement in decisions</li><li>Team spirit and a family atmosphere</li></ul>
