We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Analyst to join the Systems, Data and Reporting team within of our Shared Services Centre, in Bucharest, RomaniaThe successful candidate will provide support in the analysis of management information, including the design and creation of dashboard visualizations for leadership discussions. This will include sourcing data from numerous finance and accounting systems to create automated and standardized reports. Also will be responsible for providing financial systems support and reporting financial and operational performance metrics, supporting the delivery of key initiatives and communicating monthly business results against agreed performance targets to the Finance team.Key responsibilities:<ul><li>Prepare and maintain complex financial models particularly to support the annual planning process</li><li>Support the monthly forecasting process</li><li>Produce and deliver accurate reporting in line with weekly and monthly requirements of the business</li><li>Develop and standardize reports and Dashboards using Excel and other reporting and analytical tools and ensure these can be produced and published in a timely and efficient manner, automating processes where possible</li><li>Assisting in preparing analysis and presentation material for the monthly and quarterly financial and operational review meetings</li><li>Develop reports for key strategic initiatives</li><li>Perform ad-hoc strategic and financial analyses and research assignments</li></ul>
