We are proud to have a great variation in cultures, knowledge, genders, ages, and characters.Responsibilities / TasksAs Business Application Consultant Extended Warehouse Management, you are responsible for implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP EWM modules to meet business requirements. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, test, and deploy SAP solutions, providing support and training to Key-users, and ensuring seamless processing and fulfillmentYour tasks and responsibilities: <ul><li>Understanding of logistics execution, inventory management, and supply chain processes.</li><li>Implement SAP Activate methodology for project delivery.</li><li>Collaborate with stakeholders to understand warehouse operations and logistics needs.</li><li> Design warehouse processes like inbound/outbound delivery, put-away, picking, packing, staging, and shipping.</li><li>Configure EWM components such as: Warehouse Structure (storage types, bins, sections), Inbound &amp; Outbound Processes, Warehouse Tasks &amp; Orders, RF Framework for mobile data entry, Labor Management and Slotting &amp; Rearrangement.</li><li>Integrate EWM with SAP S/4HANA, TM (Transportation Management), and QM (Quality Management).</li><li>Manage product master, storage bins, handling units, packaging specifications, and resources.</li><li>Develop and execute test cases for warehouse scenarios.</li><li>Conduct UAT and validate system performance under real-world conditions.</li><li>Conduct requirement analyses and creates technical specifications; Configure and customize solutions according to the specific requirements of our clients.</li><li>Create training materials, Plan and conduct training sessions for end-users and key users.</li><li>Maintain detailed documentation of configurations, processes, and user manuals.</li><li>Develop and execute test scripts for unit testing, integration testing, and UAT.</li><li>Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption.</li><li>Provide hyper care support and resolve issues post-implementation.</li><li>Monitor system performance and suggest improvements.</li><li>Analyze warehouse KPIs and suggest process improvements.</li><li>Implement automation and optimization strategies (e.g., wave management, cross-docking).</li><li>Familiarity with ABAP debugging and enhancement frameworks (optional but useful).</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Bachelor or master’s in computer science, business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.</li><li>Deep knowledge of SAP EWM on S/4HANA.</li><li>Experience with RF devices, Warehouse Monitor, and Fiori apps.</li><li>Several years of professional experience as SAP EWM / WM Consultant, preferably in the plant and mechanical engineering sector.</li><li>Strong understanding of Logistic execution, Inventory Management and Supply Chain Management.</li><li>Strong analytical and conceptual skills.</li><li>High customer orientation and very strong communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work both in a team and independently.</li><li>Excellent English language skills, written and spoken.</li></ul>Our offer:<ul><li>A challenging job in an international environment.</li><li>Competitive salary and 8% holiday payment.</li><li>27 vacation days and 13 ADV days based on full-time employment.</li><li>Travel allowance.</li><li>Hybride working (40% homeworking on full time base)</li><li>Participation pension fund (PME).</li><li>Possibility of collective health insurance.</li></ul>What happens once your  application is submitted?You will receive an email when your application has been processed.One of our Talent Acquisition Partners will review and verify if the application meets the qualifications of the role.If your application has been successfully verified, you will be invited to a first interview either virtually or face-to-face.Usually after the second/third interview round we will make a decision.
