We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Release Management &amp; SAP Solution Manager Consultant to join our IT team for large S/4 implementation and rollout within our organization. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in managing SAP release cycles, coordinating deployments, and configuring/administrating SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), especially in areas like ChaRM (Change Request Management), ITSM, Test Suite, and SolDoc. We are proud to have a great variation in cultures, knowledge, genders, ages, and characters.Responsibilities / TasksAs Release Management &amp; SAP Solution Manager Consultant you are responsible for:Release Management:<ul><li>Develop and manage release schedules for SAP S/4 HANA System.</li><li>Coordinate with technical and functional teams to ensure timely and efficient Retrofit changes for three track landscape.</li><li>Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments for upcoming changes.</li><li>Define and enforce release governance processes and controls in ChaRM.</li><li>Monitor deployment activities and troubleshoot issues during technical cutovers and business go-lives.</li><li>Maintain release documentation, plans, and change logs.</li></ul>SAP Solution Manager (SolMan):<ul><li>Configure and manage ChaRM (Change Request Management) for end-to-end change tracking.</li><li>Troubleshooting experience with ChaRM setup, Test Management etc.</li><li>Implement and maintain ITSM (Incident and Problem Management) processes.</li><li>Utilize SolMan Test Suite for test planning, execution, and defect management.</li><li>Understand and Support Solution Documentation and Business Process Monitoring.</li><li>Perform technical upgrades and patches on SolMan when needed.</li><li>Provide training and support to end-users and project/maintenance teams  on SolMan tools and processes.</li></ul>Your Profile / Qualifications<ul><li>Hands on and proven experience with SAP ChaRM, ITSM, and Test Suite modules.</li><li>Strong knowledge of SAP landscape (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, PI/PO, etc.).</li><li>Proficiency with SAP Solution Manager 7.2.</li><li>Experience with agile, DevOps, or hybrid delivery models.</li><li>SAP Certification on Solution Manager will be an added advantage.</li><li>Knowledge and experience in Cloud ALM primary setup, and conversion from SolMan to Cloud ALM.</li><li>Excellent English language skills, written and spoken.</li></ul>Our offer:<ul><li>A challenging job in an international environment.</li><li>Competitive salary and 8% holiday payment.</li><li>27 vacation days and 13 ADV days based on full-time employment.</li><li>Travel allowance.</li><li>Participation pension fund (PME).</li><li>Possibility of collective health insurance.</li></ul>What happens once your  application is submitted?You will receive an email when your application has been processed.One of our Talent Acquisition Partners will review and verify if the application meets the qualifications of the role.If your application has been successfully verified, you will be invited to a first interview either virtually or face-to-face.Usually after the second/third interview round we will make a decision.
