This will include collaborating closely with technical and non-technical departments within Air Products and external contractors.</li><li>Creating detailed plans, job work scopes, cost estimates and forecasts is a meaningful aspect of this role.</li><li>Knowledge, experience and initiative to function in a key role during major planned maintenance TAR.</li><li>Involvement in a variety of other tasks including the co-ordination and execution of reliability and efficiency improvement projects.</li><li>Helping to handle the Maintenance ‘SPEND’ across the IG South Subregion.</li></ul><h2>Minimum Hiring Requirements:</h2><ul><li>High school diploma with preferred relative technical school or college degree. Relative experience will be given strong consideration in lieu of formal education.</li><li>Five (5) plus years’ experience in the petrochemical &amp; manufacturing industry. Prior planning &amp; estimating experience is a plus.</li><li>Self-starter with a shown work history and excellent references along with the ability to work in a team-oriented environment.</li><li>Good working knowledge of the maintenance associated with industrial plant equipment such as pressure systems, rotating machinery, instrumentation and electrical systems.</li><li>Knowledge of piping specifications, boiler code, and industrial regulations.</li><li>Microsoft Tools such as Word and Excel are essential.
