The Performance Analyst will play a key role in providing insights to support data-driven decision-making to improve internal processes and customer experience.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and analysing significant quantities of data from multiple sources. They will provide ongoing reporting, statistics, and analysis on business-critical performance metrics. This role requires strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail to effectively control and understand these statistics.
