We help our members divest from fossil fuel companies and invest in companies that are advancing sustainable performance and reducing carbon emissions. Voting and engaging with the companies we own is a powerful tool we use to drive change and influence the direction of our investments. Illuminates HQ is New York City.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIESSocial Media Content Creation:<ul><li>Develop and produce engaging and on-brand message content across various social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other digital channels</li><li>Create visual and multimedia assets, including graphics and videos.</li><li>Work closely with our social media manager to coordinate content calendars and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms</li></ul>University Ambassador Program Development:<ul><li>Help launch our university ambassador program by identifying leads at campuses across the country to promote Illuminate. There are financial incentives for both you and the ambassadors</li><li>Identify and recruit potential student ambassadors across universities</li><li>Develop engagement strategies and messaging materials for ambassador recruitment</li></ul>Additional Collaboration: If there are other parts of the business you're interested in, we're very open to having you contribute moreABOUT YOUYou are:<ul><li>Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in the United States</li><li>Proficient in social media platforms and content creation tools</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills</li><li>Experienced with tools like Canva and editing tools like Instagram Edits</li></ul>Duration: Semester with option to continueTime Commitment: 10-20 Hours per weekCompensation: Performance-Based (Posts and Ambassador Program)Location: Remote
