This includes: WiFi, Bluetooth, NFC, UWB, Cellular, GPS/GNSS, Broadcast Radio (AM/FM/DAB).</p><p>This position requires an experienced professional with management experience and a strong background in electronic product design with integrated RF subsystem in a vehicle.</p><p>You will be expected to manage your team to ensure quality, meet requirements on schedule.</p><p>Drive innovation in technology, design, process and test.</p><p><strong>You and your team will be responsible for:</strong></p><p>· Antenna selection, simulation and design</p><p>· Antenna placement in the vehicle</p><p>· Evaluate and select potential RF Radio solutions and suppliers by supporting the development of RFIs, RFQs and ESOWs.</p><p>· Determine test requirements and test capability at the ECU level and in vehicle.</p><p>· Complete all phases of development from prototype to mass production to ensure end to end in vehicle RF signal path performance covering all antennae, RF frontend, LNA and harness characterization; hardware bring up and verification.</p><p>· Manage suppliers and venders to achieve best performance and meeting aggressive schedules.</p><p>· Work cross functionally with many different teams inside the company, suppliers and service vendors.</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p>· Experience in a management and leadership role.</p><p>· Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering (or a similar technical field) with a focus on RF is required.  Master’s degree or higher education is preferred. </p><p>· Professional experience in RF circuit and system design.</p><p>· Excellent planning and organizational skills.</p><p>· Strong communications and negotiating skills.</p><p>· Project management experience.</p><p>· Skilled in RF test instrumentation.</p><p>· Knowledge in RF modulation and protocols.</p><div><div><p><strong>Additional Compensation and Benefits</strong>: Lucid offers a wide range of competitive benefits, including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, disability insurance, vacation, and 401k.
